Triage GitHub Issues and Route to the Right Team

When a new issue lands in your GitHub repo, the agent reads the title, body, and labels to determine whether it is a bug, feature request, or question. It then checks your routing rules and assigns it to the right team or individual.

For high-priority bugs, the agent can escalate by pinging on-call engineers in Slack and adding the issue to the current sprint board. Low-priority items are queued and batched into weekly triage reviews.
